Transponder Key Programming In London.
We Do Remote And Transponder Key Programming.
Arrow Auto locksmiths offer a mobile remote and transponder key programming service in and around London. All cars and vans produced and sold in the UK since 1994 are legally required to be fitted with an immobiliser system. Transponder Key Programming On Mini Cooper S 2003.
Here we are eeproming the EWS on a BMW Mini in Woolwich in South East London. We have to remove the immobiliser box to program the transponder chip so that the car can start. There are two methods of programming. The first is through the OBD plug where we just plug in and program the transponder chip. The second is to remove the immobiliser box and do board work (eeproming) to get the transponder chip programmed. This is the more expensive way but gets the job done.
